退款政策

We accept return requests for eligible standard stock products within 30 days after delivery. To request a return contact sales@gefangindustrial.com before sending any item back.

 

Returned products must be unused in their original condition and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Approved returns should be sent to

Custom-made cut-to-size OEM personalized and special-order products cannot be returned unless they are defective or do not match the confirmed order specifications. Sale items and gift cards are not returnable.

 

Please inspect your order after delivery. If an item is defective damaged or incorrect contact us promptly with the order number and supporting photos so that we can evaluate the issue.

 

If a return is approved we will provide return instructions. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
